Ýëåêòðîííûå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè Siemens 3RB20, 3RB21 äëÿ ñòàíäàðòíîãî ïðèìåíåíèÿ
(1) Êîíòàêòíûå øòûðè äëÿ óñòàíîâêè íà êîíòàêòîð: Îïòèìàëüíî àäàïòèðîâàíû ìåõàíè÷åñêè, ýëåêòðè÷åñêè è ïî äèçàéíó ê êîíòàêòîðàì è óñòðîéñòâàì ïëàâíîãî ïóñêà. Êîíòàêòíûå øòûðè ìîãóò áûòü èñïîëüçîâàíû äëÿ ïðÿìîé óñòàíîâêè ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè. Îòäåëüíàÿ óñòàíîâêà âîçìîæíà êàê àëüòåðíàòèâíàÿ (â ñîåäèíåíèè ñ ìîäóëÿìè äëÿ îòäåëüíîé óñòàíîâêè).
(2) Ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü âûáîðà ðó÷íîãî ñáðîñà êíîïêîé RESET/àâòîìàòè÷åñêîãî ñáðîñà: Ñ ýòèì ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëåì âû ìîæåòå âûáðàòü ìåæäó ðó÷íûì ñáðîñîì êíîïêîé RESET è àâòîìàòè÷åñêèì ñáðîñîì. Åñëè ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü óñòàíîâëåí â ïîëîæåíèå ðó÷íîãî ñáðîñà, ñáðîñ ìîæíî îñóùåñòâèòü íàæàòèåì íà êíîïêó RESET. Íà ýëåêòðîííîì ðåëå 3RB21 äèñòàíöèîííûé ñáðîñ âñòðîåí.
(3) Èíäèêàòîð ïîëîæåíèÿ êîíòàêòîâ è òåñòèðîâàíèÿ öåïè ñèãíàëèçàöèè: Èíäèêàöèÿ ñîñòîÿíèÿ ðàñöåïëåíèÿ (ñðàáàòûâàíèÿ) è ðàçðåøåíèå òåñòèðîâàíèÿ öåïè.
(4) Òåñòèðîâàíèå ýëåêòðîíèêè: Ïîçâîëÿåò ïðîâîäèòü èñïûòàíèå âñåõ âàæíûõ êîìïîíåíòîâ è ôóíêöèé óñòðîéñòâà.
(5) Óñòàíîâêà òîêà äâèãàòåëÿ: Íàñòðàèâàåò óñòðîéñòâî íà íîìèíàëüíûé òîê äâèãàòåëÿ ïðîñòûì ïîâîðîòîì áîëüøîãî ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëÿ.
(6) Óñòàíîâêà êëàññà ðàñöåïëåíèÿ/âñòðîåííîãî îïðåäåëåíèÿ çàìûêàíèÿ íà çåìëþ (òîëüêî 3RB21): Èñïîëüçóÿ ïîâîðîòíûé ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü Âû ìîæåòå óñòàíîâèòü òðåáóåìûé êëàññ ðàñöåïëåíèÿ è àêòèâèçèðîâàòü âíóòðåííåå îáíàðóæåíèå çàìûêàíèÿ íà çåìëþ â çàâèñèìîñòè îò óñëîâèé ïóñêà.
(7) Çàæèìû äëÿ ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ (ñúåìíûé òåðìèíàëüíûé (êëåììíûé) áëîê äëÿ âñïîìîãàòåëüíûõ öåïåé): Îäèíàêîâûé ðàçìåð êëåììíûõ áëîêîâ, ïîçâîëÿþùèé ïîäêëþ÷àòü äâà ïðîâîäíèêà ðàçëè÷íîãî ïîïåðå÷íîãî ñå÷åíèÿ äëÿ ãëàâíûõ è âñïîìîãàòåëüíûõ öåïåé. Êëåììíûå áëîêè äëÿ ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ âñïîìîãàòåëüíûõ öåïåé ìîãóò áûòü ñ âèíòîâûìè çàæèìàìè èëè àëüòåðíàòèâíî ñ ïðóæèííûìè çàæèìàìè.
Ýëåêòðîííûå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè 3RB20 è 3RB21 äî 630 A ñî âñòðîåííûì èñòî÷íèêîì ïèòàíèÿ áûëè ðàçðàáîòàíû äëÿ òîêîçàâèñèìîé çàùèòû äâèãàòåëåé ñ íîðìàëüíûìè è òÿæåëûìè óñëîâèÿìè ïóñêà (ñìîòðè Ôóíêöèè) ñ öåëüþ ïðåäîòâðàùåíèÿ ÷ðåçìåðíûõ òåìïåðàòóðíûõ ïåðåíàïðÿæåíèé èç-çà ïåðåãðóçêè, íåñèììåòðè÷íîé íàãðóçêè ïî ôàçàì èëè îáðûâå ëèíåéíîãî ïðîâîäà. Ïåðåãðóçêà, íåñèììåòðè÷íàÿ íàãðóçêà ïî ôàçàì è îáðûâ ëèíåéíîãî ïðîâîäà ïðèâîäÿò ê óâåëè÷åíèþ òîêà, ïîòðåáëÿåìîãî ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëåì, âûøå óñòàíîâëåííîãî íîìèíàëüíîãî òîêà äâèãàòåëÿ. Ðåëå ïðîèçâîäèò îïðåäåëåíèå âîçíèêøåãî ïðåâûøåíèÿ òîêà ñ ïîìîùüþ òðàíñôîðìàòîðîâ òîêà, âñòðîåííûõ â óñòðîéñòâî, è îöåíêó ñ ïîìîùüþ öåïåé ýëåêòðîíèêè, êîòîðûå âûäàþò ñèãíàë íà âñïîìîãàòåëüíûå êîíòàêòû. Âñïîìîãàòåëüíûå êîíòàêòû îòêëþ÷àþò íàãðóçêó ïîñðåäñòâîì êîíòàêòîðà. Âðåìÿ îòêëþ÷åíèÿ çàâèñèò îò îòíîøåíèÿ òîêà ðàñöåïëåíèÿ ê óñòàíîâëåííîìó òîêó Ie è ñîõðàíÿåòñÿ â âèäå ñòàáèëüíîé õàðàêòåðèñòèêè ðàñöåïëåíèÿ (ñì. Êðèâûå õàðàêòåðèñòèê).
 äîïîëíåíèå ê òîêîçàâèñèìîé çàùèòå îò ïåðåãðóçêè, íåñèììåòðè÷íîé íàãðóçêè ïî ôàçàì, îáðûâà ëèíåéíîãî ïðîâîäà ýëåêòðîííîå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè 3RB21 òàêæå èìåþò âñòðîåííóþ çàùèòó îò çàìûêàíèÿ íà çåìëþ (íå âîçìîæíà ïðè ñîâìåñòíîé ðàáîòå ñ êîíòàêòîðíîé ñáîðêîé äëÿ ïóñêà ïåðåêëþ÷åíèåì ñî çâåçäû íà òðåóãîëüíèê). Ýòî îáåñïå÷èâàåò çàùèòó îò çàìûêàíèé íà çåìëþ ÷åðåç âûñîêîå ñîïðîòèâëåíèå, âîçíèêàþùèõ èç-çà ïîâðåæäåíèÿ èçîëÿöèè, ïîâûøåííîé âëàæíîñòè, êîíäåíñàöèè âîäû è ò.ä.
Èíôîðìàöèÿ î ñîñòîÿíèè ðàñöåïëåíèÿ ïîñòóïàåò ÷åðåç èíäèêàòîð ïîëîæåíèÿ âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (ñì. Ôóíêöèè). Ñáðîñ (Resetting) ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ âðó÷íóþ èëè àâòîìàòè÷åñêè ïîñëå òîãî, êàê âðåìÿ âîññòàíîâëåíèÿ èñòåêëî (ñì. Ôóíêöèè).
Ýòè óñòðîéñòâà ïðîèçâîäÿòñÿ â ñîîòâåòñòâèè èç ýêîëîãè÷åñêè ÷èñòûõ ìàòåðèàëîâ è ñîäåðæàò ìàòåðèàëû, äîïóñêàþùèå ìíîãîêðàòíîå èñïîëüçîâàíèå. Îíè ñîîòâåòñòâóþò âñåì îñíîâíûì ìèðîâûì ñòàíäàðòàì è ñåðòèôèêàòàì.

Ýëåêòðîííûå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè 3RB20/3RB21 ïðåäíàçíà÷åíû äëÿ êëèåíòîâ, ðàáîòàþùèõ âî âñåõ îòðàñëÿõ ïðîìûøëåííîñòè, êîòîðûå õîòÿò èìåòü ãàðàíòèðîâàííóþ îïòèìàëüíóþ òîêîçàâèñèìóþ îáðàòíîâðåìåííóþ çàùèòó ñâîèõ ýëåêòðè÷åñêèõ ïîòðåáèòåëåé (íàïðèìåð, äâèãàòåëåé) ïðè íîðìàëüíûõ óñëîâèÿõ ïóñêà (îò CLASS 5 äî CLASS 30), ìèíèìèçèðîâàòü âðåìÿ îò ïðîåêòèðîâàíèÿ äî ââîäà â ýêñïëóàòàöèþ, íîìåíêëàòóðó ñêëàäñêèõ çàïàñîâ, ïîòåðè ýíåðãèè, ïîâûñèòü êîýôôèöèåíò ãîòîâíîñòè ïðåäïðèÿòèÿ è óëó÷øèòü óïðàâëåíèå îáñëóæèâàíèåì îáîðóäîâàíèÿ.
Ýëåêòðîííûå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè 3RB20/3RB21 áûëè ðàçðàáîòàíû äëÿ çàùèòû òðåõôàçíûõ ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëåé â ñåòÿõ ñ ñèíóñîèäàëüíûì íàïðÿæåíèåì ÷àñòîòîé 50/60 Ãö. Ýòè ðåëåíå ïðèãîäíûäëÿ çàùèòû îäíîôàçíûõ ïîòðåáèòåëåé ïåðåìåííîãî, à òàêæå ïîñòîÿííîãî òîêà. Òåïëîâûå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè 3RU11 èëè ýëåêòðîííûå ðåëå ïåðåãðóçêè 3RB22/3RB23 ìîãóò áûòü èñïîëüçîâàíû äëÿ çàùèòû îäíîôàçíûõ ïîòðåáèòåëåé ïåðåìåííîãî òîêà.
